Antica trattoria Grape Ape (or how to turn a dull Sunday)




Yesterday we went here. The niche I found the guides from Slow Food restaurants in Italy and I have to mother it was a pleasant surprise.
The cuisine is typical Genoese dishes of land (mushrooms, meat and vegetables) revisited with particular fantasy.
We tasted appetizers of the house (the panissa delicious with ham and pancakes), then we passati al primo scegliendo i mandilli con crema di funghi (i mandilli sono una speciale forma tagliata di pasta fresca genovese), asado al forno e i dolci che sono veramente speciali tutti fatti in casa.
