Speakers Emanuela Sansoni che parlerà sul tema “Da Castelfidardo a Pausula”, Antonio Attorre che farà un excursus su “La polenta nel cinema italiano” e Fabio Pierantoni che illustrerà “La polenta dei marchigiani a tavola”.
Alle ore 21 seguirà la cena all'Osteria “I Beati Paoli” (prenotazioni obbligatoria al numero 0733.433235) con degustazione di fichi, prosciutto e pane ficato, polenta con uccelletti, polenta con la sapa, polenta con salsiccia e costine, polenta dolce con babà e degustazione del vino rosso “Montolmo” della Cantina Sant'Isidoro.
