....e in tema di buoni propositi.... .... It is clear that implementing these measures should be available over time, also the raw material ..... and not to risk talking nonsense and not implementing anything, I want to show what I have started to produce and what I bought for future productions. The first thing was to finish the pink and fuchsia shawl that I started at home .... I must say I was pretty fast, although the tools are not an eagle. Now that is just waiting to be finished sewing ... there ... but alas I must wait for the return to our native land and work to put my beloved Nefertari that helps me in the operation.
Indeed this picture is not clear from a pipe, but just to give you some idea of \u200b\u200bthe color and the yarn, I show the same ... for the finished product, I refer you to the next post.
Another project implemented was to knitt a scarf for my husband what he saw in stores were not long enough, never enough hot colors that never convinced, and so on ... a constant complaint. Luck has it that during a trip to Garmisch have stumbled into a shop Handarbeit (manual labor is the literal translation) where they had any hobbies for women especially .... and an endless assortment of wool of every type, color and thickness. My husband I chose the latter and just a few minutes ago I finished the scarf to his own satisfaction .... and a little 'I also do not feel it at last to complain.
Again, the picture was one evening when I started .... exactly the other day and working a bit 'yesterday and a little bit tonight before dinner (after a long walk in a wonderful place!) I managed to finish it. For photos of the finished product return here next time.
But there's more .... one of the projects I have in mind for a while 'is to make a blanket rather Granny hails from use on my bed. The problem was finding the time to try the wool that had to be like I said: very rustic, the kind once used to make socks our great-grandmothers, the raw wool raw natural color in my part I could not find. I was sure I would find the thread here that was right for me ... here in Mittenwald is a well-stocked shop, where I saw that had this type of wool, but the shop in Garmisch I must say that I really saw the type of yarn I meant: pure wool, which smells of sheep as a shepherd before showering and dyed with natural processes .... I spent almost a capital, but I also heard a desire. Here is my Matassone "sheep" ... among other things, the lady of the shop assured me that if I do not have enough, just that the write and sends me everything I need.
And finally I want to show another purchase linked to a project that I hope will be fulfilled: a long time I could see in stores these pieces of yarn balls of wool with specific colors to make beautiful socks .. . ... so your socks like the ones you did once.
I must say that the first pair of socks (and probably the only one) I made it around 6 or 7 years of age under the watchful eye of my maternal grandmother who taught me to work with the game 4 ferri.
Your Sachertorte!
